Terms and conditions for becoming all employees:
• For a new employee, one must submit an Adhar Card and Pan Card along with two copies of a colour passport-size photograph along with the filled-in application form. A valid telephone or mobile is a must for joining.
• The introducer or sponsor will be fully responsible for the activities of his downline employees.
• Any employee found engaged with any other organization of the same nature will not be entertained.
• No employee is authorized to share or distribute any material about the organization with any other competitor’s representatives. Anyone found misusing the materials will be severely dealt with.
• Any political involvement will not be entertained.
• The management has the right to change the rules and regulations however they are required.
• If any employee is found to have a criminal record and has been prosecuted in any court of law, his employment will be cancelled.
• An employee cannot join more than once in the office or society. If any employee is found to have influenced any employee of another team and has been offered a higher rank than his original rank in the name of his relatives (dummy code), it will be treated as a second code. In this case, 1st & 2nd code employees, including their sponsors, will be cancelled, and all the benefits earned in the 2nd code will be recovered and credited to the introducer of the original sponsor, plus all the team members of the 2nd code employee will be transferred to the original sponsor.
• Any employee found holding more than one code in any other person’s name (relatives or friends), the higher rank code will be cancelled without any notice, and all financial benefits will be forfeited.
• The employee code is non-transferable and non-assignable.
• No joining shall be done without business.
• In the event of the death of any employee, the agency agreement can be transferred to the nominee, subject to the approval of management.
• The discretion in the matter of code allotments, promotions, suspensions, terminations, or cancellations of employee codes shall rest with the management of the organization, and the decision of the management shall be final and binding on all employees’.
• Each employee will have to complete the minimum target allotted to their rank during the financial year to ensure promotion to the next rank.
• The employee code will be automatically cancelled in cases of fraud; offenses involving moral anti-organization activities, misappropriation of funds, and all accrued benefits payable to the employee will be forfeited.
• All disputes between any employee and the organization shall be subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only on books of accounts maintained by the organization, which shall be conclusive evidence.
• Organization is not responsible for any amount for which it has not issued any Any such transaction without proper receipt will not be entertained.
